About the songs:

1. Just Too Many Days and Nights.     A revamped Welsh dance tune followed by just another love song.
2. Wooden Spoon.                           Dedicated to a good friend, Laurie Slatter, who died September 2001.
3. Last Rendevous.                         A love song with an Italian flavour.
4. Shipwrecked on Hayes Island.       Impressions of the characters around Hayes Island sandwich bar, Cardiff, Wales.
5. Blues Skies, White clouds.            Multi-track instrumental.
6. Papa Always warned me.             A twelve bar blues (or could it be 13 or 14? I'm not really sure).
7. It's Time to Climb the Mountain.   When I get really pissed off I take myself off to the Brecon Beacons.
8. In the Cold Light of Day.             A questionable love song.
9.  Dowlais.                                 A part of Merthyr Tudful, South Wales.
10. Disconnected.                        A love song with a touch of bitterness.
11. Y Golomen (The Dove).           A beautiful old Welsh folk song followed by the Welsh dance tune.
