It's No Good Waiting

This first album was produced by Alan Davies and Rob Davies, and is a collection of original songs that reflect several influences such as Tom Waites, The Beatles, and various Blues artists (Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson...).

Elementals

This first solo CD is a collection of original instrumentals for acoustic guitar. In this CD the influences of the folk revival of the 60's can be heard, where the styles of British guitarists like Bert Jansch, Davey Graham and John Renbourne are evident. Also, the garnish of the Jazz guitar of Charley Byrd, John McCloughlin, Wes Montgomery and the Italian guitarist Antonio Forcione, and the great acoustic Blues guitarists is added for extra spice. Recorded during May and June of 1987 on metal oxide cassette, and since digitally remastered before transfer to CD.

 

 

 

Cynon Delta Blues

This second solo CD, with the tongue in cheek title of, Cynon Delta Blues, represents a collection of raw country Blues songs, both covers and originals, recorded over a period of many years under various conditions, and finally brought together on this album. Here the Blues of Robert Johnson, Son House, Blind Willie McTell and Bukka White is given a new interpretation; not quite the originals, but a damn close approximation !

Wooden Spoon

This album is the second joint CD consisting of original songs and instrumentals with a typically Welsh flavour.
